king
heard in yoga that the first king salmon was caught in kalskag on saturday. kalstag is about 30 miles down river, and tomorrow is a full moon i'm told..so tomorrow night i'm going down to the river with a couple people from barrick to fish!!! today i got the garden planted. all except the potatoes...they aren't ready yet. took all day. big garden and i hope it takes off. would be a major disappointment if it doesn't. also learned how to use an electric saw today. pretty easy but went super slow. it didn't rain today at all. it was so nice. random sunnyness but no wind, bright, warm. a perfect day to work outside. about 15 min after i got home from yoga, these 2 girls (actually it was a mom and her daughter) pull up on their 4-wheeler and knocked at the door. they had seen me walking back...so nat and i stepped on the porch to see what they wanted. you could immediately smell the booze...strong. the mom was doing all the talking and was slurring. she wanted us to come party. ??? um..no. she was really weird. we asked them to leave. i mean who walks up on someones porch they don't know and ask if us if we want to go party? i am also going to start borrowing miriams massage table. she told me she hardly ever uses it and i could keep it here to use as long as it was available when she needed it. i will give her a % of what i make...excited about that. already have a client for thurs eve...one of the barrick crew. so..that worked out nicely. hope tomorrow is pouring so the fishing isn't so wet!

What do you plant around the edges of the garden to keep the four legged creatures from eating the garden?
Looks like you might want to get a four legged junkyard dog to keep the two legged creatures off the porch while you're at it.
Here there are plants you can plant to deter the deer and rabbits (dog fur works too) from eating your flowers and garden. Just wondering...
