volunteered without notice

still working and it's 10pm...can't call it quits until the guests go to bed. what a day. started at 6:30 with a gear run that rob ended up turning around because of weather in the mountains. no big deal really, just put him in a pissy mood for the rest of the day and that in turn makes our day tougher...anyway, a slower day than the last few. still had to make airport runs every hr or so, but we did all get a 2 hr break this afternoon. got the mowing done this evening, cut a huge bowl of lettuce and spinach, and quite a few nice radishes. the boss volunteered my massage services to 2 of the guided fisherman that came in today without asking me..he told me he would pay me if i told them the massages were part of their pkg. so..because he did this without asking me, i will be requiring the boss to pay me $100 for each 1.25 hr massage for the 2 men. that goes in my pocket tomorrow. i also am assuming they will be tipping me..so, at least 1 day up here i will make good money. nat also heads into anchorage tomorrow in the morning and ty was sent out on the river this afternoon with 15 min notice - not very cool...so i will be alone again tomorrow and there is a lot of gear to go thru. and i'll be cooking the meals and trying to be near the phone at all times as well. should be an interesting day.
