learned how to de-bone a moose today. very interesting to work with such large pieces of meat and see how the joints work on such a large animal. really was cool. another very busy day of airport runs, clients not being ready on time to leave, clients trying to decide if he wants to stay and actually do the trip because he is upset that we have a 80 lb of gear per person rule - our gear is not included in this either. this guy wanted to take 30 lbs of water..uh...you have a purifier and you're doing a river float...what's the water for? we are over-booked and lou had to give up his cabin for the night and move to the loft..kind of how the whole day went actually. plans change literally from one minute to the next...and big plans too. tomorrow will be busy as well, but hopefully if everything goes to plan, all hunters will be out of here by 12pm. but we're not expecting any miracles.
