fall day

don't know what happened to the nice weather..but today it was 50, rainy and chilly. felt like a fall day just before a snow. back to the flannel jacket. this morning was spent changing rooms. took all morning. this afternoon i transplanted my tomatoes. taylor built a couple wooden boxes for them to sit in the window. they are looking really good. got more gear ready and we had to go thru our stash of raft repair kits to get them all set up for clients. laid back day. the boss was gone all morning and slept this afternoon and is flying again this evening. it's alot different when the boss is gone all day. the next 3 days are going to be busy with clients. tonight we had king salmon - yumm. again it was served on fresh garden spinach. so good. had a visit today from richard (he was with the barrick crew). he was delivering samples here in aniak and wanted to see my garden and tomatoes...his words. nice visit. we all miss that group.
