seaweed
didn't get off til 8 this evening. long day, but the evening from 8-9:30 was nice. went down to the river with bill, ty, and louie to fish. ty caught half a chum, i caught some seaweed, and louie caught a minnow. always a good time with the guys. bill only will be here 1 more wk, and ty is leaving the 5th. will not be the same without them. today was a blur of gear, guests, airport runs, and more gear. i'm told i need to start having a daily meeting with the guys, i hate it. i don't want to be their manager, i consider myself equal yet the boss tells me different. anyway..it was a nice day. sunny off and on, no rain and warmer. this evening was great weather for fishing, just wish they would have been hungry for my hot pink spinner. maybe next tomorrow if it's nice again. we didn't have guests overnight today and don't think we do tomorrow either. still will be a busy day again. plus, the great news...we get to sleep in until 7am! i must be in heaven! ha.

If you have to have a meeting, call it tailgating---it's when you all get together to work things out and organize the day, everyone has a word and it won't feel like bossing.
Lot's of company's do this to keep the comradeship going between employees. Good luck
