Friday the 13th

a gorgeous day...gorgeous!!! even now at 12am...it's 60 out, sunny. today the mosquitos appeared. omg......this is not cool. they were bad today. everybody talked about it. the mosquito coils got lit today...and these are the handiest little buggers i've ever seen and they work. i'm going to buy stock in this product. from now on, they only get worse - or so i'm told. i believe it. got a new guy in today louie who will be working with ty in the mountains. also had a visit from a helicopter pilot today. she was here for a few hrs and i entertained her for a bit. nice woman. she got a huge kick out of the truck that starts with a screwdriver. got a massage from miriam...aahhhh. just what i needed. while there i tried the best treat ever. its called nuella (sp?) it's a hazelnut chocolate spread. so yummy. can't believe i've never tried this wonderful treat. they will be going into anchorage in a couple wks and i asked if they could pick me up some while there...it's just so good. and david her husband said we americans don't appreciate it..oh yes i did!! so good. this evening after moose lasagna i went fishing. miriam and her family were there, as well as taylor and his dogs later on. busy beach tonight and not a bite. but the weather couldn't have been better. makes getting to bed late worthwhile. very nice evening at the river.
