rain

rained all day. very overcast and gloomy, about 47. was soaked to the skin and a mud-pie by the end of the day . rob and i worked together today. it went well...he cut down come trees in the back so that helicopters have a bit more room to land there if they want. i dug up birch trees bigger than myself and replanted them. because the root system is so big, it took awhile to do them all and i'm not still not done. it was a busy day, but a good one. lots of laughing...everyone really was in a pretty good mood. nothing exciting happened, just another work day for everyone. heard it's supposed to rain again tomorrow and then clear up tuesday. we're all hoping for another 70 day. and the mosquitos were terrible. bad. had to apply off at least every 30 min all day long. i'm going to permanently smell like off when i'm done here. what i need is 100% deet. man...what a pain they are and they are big. rob and i were in some tall brush deciding on some landscaping ideas and there was probably 30-40 mosquitos just around his head...and at least that many around mine. no lie. yuck!
